You Can Help By Becoming A Member, Donating, or by Planned Giving

At the ECCHA, we aspire to provide a safe haven, loving attention, nutritious food, meticulous health care and daily exercise to each and every animal in our care, and to do our best to secure for each of the animals permanent, loving, responsible homes. We carefully attempt to match companion animals with caregivers to attain a quality and nurturing lifestyle for both pet and owner.

Much of our time and energy goes toward ending the specific problem of pet overpopulation. We will be active in our community educating the children in our schools, bringing the community together with fundraisers and pet friendly events and ensuring each pet owner has all the resources and information necessary to care for their pet.

The ECCHA is not funded through any state or local government programs. Nor do we receive any funding from the United Way. We are a 501(3) non-profit organization that is entirely funded through memberships, donations, estate bequests, municipal contracts, and fund-raising events.

We are very dependent on donations from our friends and supporters who share our belief that every animal deserves the opportunity to be adopted into a loving home. Our success depends on you. You CAN make a difference. Your generous support of the Eau Claire County Humane Association will help us to feed and care for our local pets until they are adopted into a loving home.

PLANNED GIVING: Even a modest bequest can mean a great deal towards helping our organization continue its important work. By naming the Eau Claire County Humane Association in your will or your estate, you have the capacity to foster and continue the values important to our organization. Everyone can leave a gift. "Estate" is simply a word used to describe any money, property or personal belongings that you may have at the time of your death. Most people leave an estate when they die, even though they may not have a great deal of wealth. Even an individual with a small estate can arrange to leave a charitable gift.

You can Donate or become a member online with your credit card, or you can view and/or print out our membership/donation page printable version, fill it in, and mail it along with your contribution. Thank you for being “a voice for those who cannot speak.”
