Thank you for helping me to pick out my puppy, Molly (her name used to be Cherry). I liked meeting all the dogs that the nice man brought outside to play with me. But when I saw Molly, I knew she was the one I wanted to adopt, and she liked me, too. Mama says it was love at first sight.
My mama says that I grew up overnight when Molly came to live with us. I train
her and play with her every day, and she gets good food to eat, and fresh water.
I picked out toys for her at the pet store. My papa built a fenced play run
for her, because he says a well-exercised puppy is a good indoor puppy. We have
a lot of fun running in the safe area outside, and playing ball. Then we come
inside and Molly takes a nap next to me.
We took Molly to the vet and I watched carefully as the doctor checked her over.
He gave her an "A+" for personality, but he said she had a bladder
infection, so I make sure she takes her pill every day. She feels better now,
and doesn't have any accidents inside (they were not her fault before). I’m
glad Mama knew something was wrong when Molly would ask to go out every hour
and sometimes couldn’t make it in time. Now she sleeps all night long!

Molly likes to help with the feather dusting.
Molly is a good girl - everyone says so, and they always smile when they see
her curly tail and white boots. Then they raise their eyebrows when they hear
her funny voice... We have mailed away her DNA for testing to find out what
breeds she is. I can’t wait to find out. So far, we think she is Lab,
border collie, German shepherd, and part wolverine. That is where her voice
comes from.
Playing!
I like having Molly because I didn't have anyone to play with before. Our old
dog likes to sleep all the time. Now I have a best friend, so I am never bored.

My family is very happy that you let us adopt Molly Pipsqueak – even the old dog, Valentine, plays with us now. We put Molly’s face on Zazzle postage stamps so she can make everybody happy:

So, thank you again for helping me to pick her out, and for taking care of her
at the shelter. She is the perfect puppy and I love her very, very much. We
made a donation to help other families find nice dogs, too.
Love,
Emma W.
