"Happy Homes"

Thanks for the post card.

And here are some pics Hildy, is very happy and has a good home. She is very well behaved and after having her for just one night it seems like I have known her for months. She is just a super cat, her name now is Michelle.

Just wanted to thank you again for you fine service, and you can take her off your web site, she is home now.

BUCKY

Dear Friends at ECCHA

You need to know that “Grover” whom we adopted on 4/26/04 has found a home where he is loved to bits! He is a great little brother to 12 yr. old Elsie (our Golden Retriever) and a great Uncle to Charlie (a Springer our son adopted from you 3 years ago), and he’s working on being a good brother to our cat, Max!!!

We have named him “Bucky” and he’s enrolled in Rude Dog U and is doing fantastic.

He loves going to the cottage on Lake Eau Claire on week-ends and even went fishing today in the boat for the first time. He loved it and even kissed a fish. He has some acute separation anxiety issues, but we’re all working on it and every day is better.

Thank you for letting us adopt this precious little guy. We love him.

MOLLY

Thank you for the part you played in helping Molly on her journey to us. I have enclosed a summary of the path she took to get to us. I wanted to let you know that this beautiful girl has finally found a permanent home with us and seems to be a happy dog now. She is still very afraid of strangers, but is gaining confidence every day. She has a big sister, Boo, who she loves to go for long walks with.

She also shares her home with a Bassett Hound, two cats and a couple of people who are really glad to have her.

I thought that since you took the time to help out this sweet girl, you might sometimes wonder what happened to that frightened hound who passed through your life sometime in the last 16 months of so. Well, now you know that she made it to what we hope will be a long and happy life of leisure for her, and she is very much loved. Enclosed is a picture of Molly (on the right) sharing the couch with her big sister, Boo.

“TYLER & PETIE"

Enclosed is a picture of Tyler (the black on) who we adopted in 2001. The greyhound with Tyler is my son’s dog. He was also adopted. The “couch potato” and the hyper Tyler — what a hoot! They love each other. Best regards and thank you for all the work you do for the animals.

YODA

Just a note to tell you how happy we’ve been with our adoption of Yoda. He is a very well mannered dog, has been patient with our toddler, and our nightly walks are quite a workout for us (he is a very strong animal). Here is a photo of Yoda after his first haircut. I’m also including one making himself comfy on our bed when we first got him. Thank you again for our new buddy!

BUTTERCUP

Here are some pictures of Razz in her new home. We renamed her “Buttercup” after my daughter’s favorite Powderpuff Girl. She is doing great, she is the perfect cat. We’re so glad we adopted her. She loves to lie in the sun in front of the patio door, and as soon as we go to bed, she’s at the foot of the bed waiting for us. We all love her very much.
