"Happy Homes"

Finally got a few photo's of the "boys", but Mark is bringing a camera home this week-end so we will try again. Everyday they become better buddies, so getting them to sit close will be easier.

Crockett was neutered yesterday, so he is moving slow today. It is cute how Boone seems concerned about him - Everything is going great!!

I want to thank you and your staff. Naboo is a treat, he is very playful, energentic, and for right now a little mommies boy, He loves the kids. We have took Naboo out for many walks in the little time we have had him, he loves the snow and loves to walk and play
This picture was taking Tuesday morning of him resting by dad, knowing that he his loved by his new family. Last night he got to sleep on the couch, and sleep from 10 pm to about 3 am, where we needed a potty break, than he was up playing again at 5:30 am. He is eating well, and drinking lots of water. He is very healthy puppy, and will be with his new loving family for a long time. I will send more photo's and progress in the future.
Thank you
Heidi, Gabby, Hannah, and Jeff

Just wanted to let you know how much we love our Lucy girl!
She is the best dog! Here she is with her best bud, Karlee!

Hi! Sadie is doing well, easier with us every day. She sleeps with
us and every night when I come home from work, she's curled up in the chair with my husband! She loves to go for walks and is my shadow when I'm home. We have heard her bark 2 times! So we know she can do it. My family will be with us for Thanksgiving and so will 2 more little dogs! We are sure it will be interesting!! We are so happy to have her!! I'm semding along a couple of pictures, one with my daughter Emily and one with my husband and I.

I wrote myself a note so that I would remember to send you some pictures. I included 2 of them, 1 of just Harley, and another that Mike and I took of ourselves with him a few weeks ago. Use whatever you think would be best for the newsletter. Both of them were taken in our backyard.

We adopted Harley about 3 months ago and it was a wonderful experience. We had talked about buying a Golden Retriever, but decided to check out the Humane Association one Saturday afternoon. I saw Harley immediately upon walking into the dog area and fell in love with him. The shelter personnel were so helpful in letting us take him out and play with him and answering any questions we had (and we had a lot!). We decided right on the spot that Harley was the dog for us and filled out the adoption paperwork that day.

Again, the people at the shelter were so nice and helpful, letting us take him outside again and play with him and see how he reacted with us. We returned to the shelter 2 days later to take Harley home with us. The shelter employees had given him a bath and put a nice new collar on him. We have loved every minute of having Harley. He's healthy, a joy to have around, and has fit into our family really well! We're so glad we made the trip to the Humane Association that day!

Enclosed are photos of Sammy and Sadie (Missy). They both have been happy additions to our family. Sammy John is lounging on the back of the couch, while Sadie Kate gets "lovies" from our youngest daughter, Robbin. Thank you for all your help in selecting our new family members!

This is Chester (aka Oscar) in the picture with our boy, Nick. We adopted Chester on August 20th.

Here is a photo of Sadie (formerly Abby). She is getting along great with us and the kids. We all love her very much. She and our cat also have figured out that they are both pets in our house and they now get along with each other well!! The first few days they had negative encounters, but now they can be happily together in the same room.

I finally got one of my films back, I am so bad about taking them in. These are Hunter after a hard day with his new boss! The bottom one is where he demands to sit while he helps drive the truck.

He is out pheasant hunting right now so I would imagine he will be all tuckered out tonight

I Just wanted to let you know that we just love our dog Joe that we
Adopted July 7th. He is a nut, and really likes to play with our cat Mogey. He is a little skittish with strangers, especially tall men, but he just loves kids! He was great when we had our 4 nephews and 1 niece at our house in August, all of them under the age of 5 years old. He has learned to “sit” now, and will “wave” when we ask him to (both with the promise of a treat). Joe stays in the kitchen behind a baby gate while we are gone, but he has free reign of the house when we are home (and after he’s been outside). Here are some photo updates of Joe, some with myself and some with my silly husband ... Enjoy!
