Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project Executive Director to speak at ECCHA Awards Banquet & Annual Meeting!

Speaker: Eilene Ribbens

Executive Director of The Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project

Members of this group started working to alleviate the suffering of mill dogs in 1999
and officially organized as the Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project, Inc., in 2004.

Their mission is to educate the public about puppy mills, to prevent cruelty to
animals,
to foster understanding of responsible pet acquisition and ownership,
and to promote adoption of homeless companion animals.

Eilene will talk about the rise of puppy mills in Wisconsin, particularly in neighboring Clark County,
and what we can do to help stop the suffering of these animals.
